Writing from the inside of the experience.

I am a licensed trauma therapist, a first-generation Latina from Cartagena, Colombia, and a writer who discovered she had something to say later than she expected and earlier than she knew.

I write in two languages because I live in two worlds. My work sits at the intersection of faith, healing, and the courage it takes to stop disappearing. I write about people-pleasing, grief, identity, and what it means to finally choose yourself. Not from a place of having arrived. From the middle of still figuring it out.

I am a mother, a therapist, and a woman who spent four years writing on post-its at 6am before anyone else was awake. Those post-its became a book. I am still a little surprised by that.
